What is Distortion Unplugged's return policy?
If you ordered an item and are unhappy with the size, you can exchange it for another size provided the item is in it's original, unaltered, unworn, and unwashed condition. You are responsible for ALL shipping costs, which includes re-shipping the new product(s) to you.
To avoid issues with sizing, please make sure to use the size chart available on every product page before making your purchase.
Please also note that our warehouse which handles returns is located in Brooklyn, New York, USA and that is where all items need to shipped back to.
All exchange inquiries must be made within 14 days from when you receive the product. Please email us at shop@distortionunplugged.com and include your order number in your inquiry to find out where to ship your item.
If you believe we have shipped the wrong color, size, or defective product, please contact us via email at shop@distortionunplugged.com ASAP with your order number to get the issues resolved.
